The Tearrarium began with a simple conviction: that a neighborhood bakery should feel as refined as it is welcoming. On Broadway — Tacoma's most storied street — we've created a space where the rhythm of the oven sets the pace.
Every morning our bakers arrive before dawn. By the time the door opens, the aroma of butter and grain is already filling the room.
